DAY 1: TRANSFER AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
Welcome to Ecuador, a small but certainly charming country full of adventures. Our Guide will meet you at the Airport, welcome you and transfer you to the exclusive Colonia hotel in Quito where you will spend the night. Overnight in Quito.

DAY 2: HORSE HORSE AND CHAGRAS HIGH AND LOW ROPES COURSE
Heading south for about an hour from Quito, we descend into the Machachi Valley, a green territory covered mainly by dairy farms until a detour to access a Hacienda, which is a great way to get into the spirit of the Andean Haciendas. and their daily jobs. Visit the grounds and prepare for a ride of approximately two horses along old cobblestone roads and trails that lead to a large La Viudita viewpoint from which you can see the entire valley. Along the way we will be able to appreciate panoramic views of the Andes. Return to the Hacienda house and freshen up to enjoy a typical hacienda lunch. 

After lunch, prepare for an exciting class from the Chagras on their cattle roping skills. After this activity you will have the afternoon to relax and enjoy the ranch. But you must prepare for the next day. Overnight in Local hacienda in Cotopaxi. 

DAY 3: HACIENDA LIFE - ROSE PLANTATION - ​COOKING CLASSES IN THE CLOUDS:
This day you should get up early in the morning (As the locals do every day) Because today we will put ourselves in their shoes and we will share and carry out activities with the local people. Life in the countryside is a dynamic activity, according Depending on the day and the weather, different activities will be carried out that may include activities such as: milking, feeding the livestock, picking up the livestock. After noon, we can make a great visit to a plantation where the most beautiful flowers on the planet are grown. Due to its location this area is very fertile and for that reason vegetable and flower plantations are very common here. On this visit we will learn about the different types of Roses that are exported around the world. We will return to the hacienda fo to take the lunch. In the afternoon we will have a special Cooking Class, where we will learn to prepare typical Andean dishes such as empanadas with chili sauce. (spicy sauce), we will also learn to prepare a typical drink in the Adina part known as Canelazo. Overnight at the local hacienda in Cotopaxi.

DAY 4: VISIT TO THE COTOPAXI VOLCANO AND QUILOTOA CRATER LAKE
Departure early in the morning from our Hacienda, through the Panamerican Highway admiring the diverse ecosystems of the route, as a clear sign of the majesty of the Andes. We continue to the Cotopaxi National Park, arriving at the foot of the impressive active volcano. Visit the Museum Park, the Limpiopungo Lagoon, and through an interesting hike will reach the forest of chuquirahuas to 4200 meters. (if the weather permits).
After this visit you will reach the Quilotoa Volcano, which has in its crater a stunning turquoise lagoon, making it one of the most beautiful and photographed landscapes of Ecuador. We take a short hike to appreciate the magnificent view of the volcano (if weather conditions allow). Then we’ll have the option to hike to reach the banks of this marvelous lagoon. After this visit we will return to the Hacienda ​Overnight at the local hacienda in Cotopaxi. 

DAY 5: LOCAL MARKET IN LATACUNGA & AVENUE OF THE VOLCANOES TRIP TO BAÑOS
After a good breakfast, we depart south again along the Pan-American highway to reach the City of Latacunga and make a short visit to a nearby Hacienda, a unique colonial property built on the remains of an Inca facility Fro there we continue to visit one of the rose plantations that one can find in the region.
After this visit, we continue south to the city of Latacunga and visit a local market with colorful scenes of local people and varied fruits and vegetables. From here and only a few minutes away we will enjoy a home-hosted lunch at an artisan’s home where we will learn about their fascinating craft and work. After lunch we will continue south along the “Avenue of the Volcanoes” on our way to another colonial Hacienda.Enjoy a typical Andean hacienda dinner and a restful night’s sleep. Overnight in Baños.

DAY 6: BAÑOS "ROUTE OF THE CASCADES"
Today after a good breakfast we will explore the region of Baños, a well-known and picturesque village that is located on the base of Tungurahua volcano. Visit the village and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Later we can take an exciting drive down along the Pastaza River Canyon also called the “Route of the Waterfalls”. After this varied scenery, we drive back to the Hacienda for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7: RETURN TO QUITO
After lunch, we will begin our trip back to Quito with a quick stop to observe the Yambo lagoon. Here we will have a moment to taste the delicious and famous Salcedo ice creams. We will make our last trip to arrive at your hotel in the center of Quito

DAY 8: ​ ​TRANSFER TO AIRPORT FOR FLIGHT BACK HOME
Breakfast. The guide will pick you up at your hotel at assigned time according the time of your inboud flight. Transfer to the airport.
