ITINERARY:
05/04/13 DAY 1 FLIGHT LIMA / CUSCO
Transfer Airport / Hotel, accommodation in your booked hotel in Cusco, in the afternoon,
CITY TOUR, we will visit Cusco Cathedral, The Qoricancha (Temple of Sun), such as four archeological remains around the City as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara y Tambomachay.

05/05/13 DAY 2 SACRED VALLEY – AGUAS CALIENTES (Over Night)
08.30 Picking Up by bus from the Hotel to take the guide tour to SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS where we will see the little town of Pisaq and its typical handicraft market.

Then at noon Buffet lunch in Urubamba, then we continue with the tour to get the tourist center of Ollantaytambo where we are going to see importants archeological remains.
Transfer Hotel /Train Station to take the road to get the little town named AGUAS CALIENTES, over night in your booked hotel.

05/06/13 DAY 3 FULL MACHUPICCHU
In the morning you will visit Machupicchu Citadel with our guide for 02 hours Aprox. Then you can visit one more time, take the photography, rest of day in Aguas Calientes.

05/07/13 DAY 4 MACHUPICCHU
In the morning you will visit Machupicchu Citadel on sunrise, in the Afternoon we take the train to come back to cusco. Picking Up from Cusco Train Station to the hotel

05/08/13 DAY 5 SPECIAL BUS CUSCO / PUNO
Today we have to take a special bus to Puno, we will leaving from Cusco at 07.00 Hrs., then in the road the bus will have many stops with a guide on board to visit some places such as archeological remains churches etc. for this trip is it included a Buffet lunch in Sicuani town, then we will arriving to Puno at 17.30 Hrs. Aprox.

05/09/13 DAY 6 TOUR UROS & TAQUILE ISLANDS (TITICACA LAKE)
After having our breakfast in the Hotel, very early in the morning, we transfer to the port in the Titicaca Lake to take our boat and take the guided tour to visit the UROS Island, (These are floating Islands), where we will enjoy watching the way of living of people of the place theirs handicrafts etc, then we continue the tour visiting the TAQUILE Island, after visiting this Island we will come back to Puno, arriving about 17.00 Hrs.

05/10/13 DAY 7 END OF TOUR TRANSFER PUNO / JULIACA AIRPORT
Today we will transfer Puno to Airport of Juliaca.

One of the most popular treks in the world is, without doubt, the Inca trail. It combines ancient archaeological sites, snow-covered mountain scenery, cloud forests and a rich biodiversity that includes many different species of birds and beautiful orchids. The trek ends at “The Lost City of the Incas” - Machu Picchu. Here travelers discover the highly sophisticated architecture of the Incas that amazed the American explorer, Hiram Bingham, when he discovered the Inca citadel in 1911.

Although the trek is rated as moderate, we strongly suggest spending at least two days before the start of the trek to totally adjust to the altitude. We offer three first class trekking programs:

Inca Trail Classic (4 days/3 nights, all camping)

This is the classic four-day trek along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. This magnificent hike is for travelers who are in condition to hike up to ten hours, with breaks, in a single day.
The pace may be daunting for some, but the beauty and history of the area surround the hiker every step of the way. On the last morning we arrive at Machu Picchu with plenty of time to explore the ruins before returning to Cusco by train.

Short Inca Trail (2 days/1 night, no camping)

This trip allows a taste of the Inca Trail without days of hiking and camping. We begin the hike from the train stop at Kilometer 104 and follow the trail for six hours to the spectacular view of Machu Picchu from Inti Punku, the Gate of the Sun. From here we descend into the world famous “Lost City.” After a restful night in a hotel, we return to Machu Picchu at dawn to see the ruins in perfect morning light. In the afternoon, we return to Cusco by train.

Inca Trail Discovery
(5 days/4 nights, 3 nights camping)

Our five-day program allows the traveler time to explore and enjoy the amazing archaeological sites, landscapes and nature along the way. While most other programs force trekkers to speed through the stunning high-altitude Inca Trail, we take the time to enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We camp the first three nights, enjoying great meals and sturdy tents. The hikes average six to seven hours each day, including time to explore the Inca sites we pass through and take in the unparalleled scenery. On the fourth afternoon we arrive at Machu Picchu after the crowds have left, and have time to explore the tranquil ruins. After a well-deserved night at a comfortable hotel, we return to Machu Picchu before the crowds to see the ruins in perfect morning light. In the afternoon we return to Cusco by train. This program is specially designed to offer a more relaxed trek and a deeper understanding of Inca culture.

A licensed, well trained, English speaking guide, who visit the clients the evening before departure to explain the trek and answer any question.
Camping equipment: spacious North Face tents, dining tent, toilet tent, tables and chairs, oxygen bottle and cooking equipment, Trekker need only to bring sleeping bags!
Chef and Assistant chef preparing healthy, hearty meals cooked with fresh, local ingredients.
Well-paid and well-treated porters. We supply the appropriate duffel for you to pack and them to carry. You carry only a light daypack.
Transportation from Cusco to the start of the trail for Inca trail Classic and Discovery; First class train-the Vistadome- to kilometer 104 for the Short Inca trail.

Roundtrip bus transportation from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu archaeological sanctuary on the last morning (“Short Inca trail” & “Inca Trail Discovery” ONLY)

We lend you a special duffel bag for your gear. In order to ensure the fair treatment of our porters, we require that each person limit this duffel to 22 pounds (10 kilograms).
