An expedition cruise by its nature is characterized by adventure and unpredictability of the moment, none the safety of our passengers and our crew is no longer important to us. Booths

Our boat can accommodate up to 30 passengers can be accommodated in 14 cabins, double, double and triple. Itineraries

DAY 1 - FRIDAY: QUITO - COCA - NAPO RIVER - Yasuni National Park

Departure from Quito in the morning, a short 30-minute flight takes us to the city of Coca (Francisco de Orellana); We transfer to the Napo River port and begin a journey by motorized canoe downstream for about 1 hour to board the M / V MANATEE AMAZON EXPLORER; throughout this journey we observe the ever-changing landscape of the rainforest and the banks of the great river Napo.

Immediately after boarding the M / V Manatee Amazon Explorer, continue sailing downstream, here you can start enjoying the boat: the large social areas, comfortable suites, the observation deck that offers spectacular views of wildlife and flora of the region, etc. Night walk at night, and which gives us the opportunity to discover the active biodiversity in the dark of night and perceive the incessant sounds of nature.

DAY 2 SATURDAY: BOSQUE PROTECTOR Pañacocha

Continuing our journey down the river we find the Pañayacu River Delta; We take a canoe to enter this river and appreciate the fascinating panoramas that this book offers us here look for the pink river dolphin, squirrel monkeys, among other species. Pañacocha (Piranha Lake in Quichua) is a white water flooded ecosystem. The rivers and lakes in this area are the perfect habitat for the famous and fearsome "piranhas" and fish "mono de agua" (Arawana) and the white alligator. After a refreshing and "reckless" swimming activity in this area, we enjoy a delicious barbecue Amazon style, accompanied by refreshing tropical drinks, very close to a campsite. DAY 3. CLAY lick for parrots - SANI WARMI AND NATIONAL PARK YASUNÍ

Breakfast on board. On this day we enjoyed meeting an ethnic - culturally with the native locals. We share and know a little about the style and way of life in the jungle with the people of a local community. We take for purchases of crafts, local products and souvenirs of our trip. Later we headed down to the clay lick for parrots, an ideal place, where we will witness one of the most exciting shows of the Amazonian fauna.

Then we visit the Interpretation Center Kichwa Sani Warmi, where we will encounter an ethnic - cultural brainchild of a group of Kichwa women, who to teach their culture and gastronomy have created this interpretation center, a unique opportunity to learn about the way of life on the banks of the Rio Napo. . It is also possible to buy crafts, local products and souvenirs of our trip.

After lunch, we stop at the "Interpretation Center Kichwa" Yakukawsay "and end the day doing an interesting night walk through the forest (optional - depending on the availability, the water levels of the river and weather conditions).

DAY 4 - MONDAY: HOMECOMING

We leave in the morning and left the M / V Manatee Amazon Explorer to move rapidly towards the Coca canoe (2 hour trip); and take the flight to Quito.

Day 2 - Tuesday: LIMIT WITH PERU (HEART YASUNÍ)

After a delicious breakfast, we disembarked to start a walk in the forest land, which is more thoroughly know the different relationships that exist between plants and animals ... watching every step samples of Amazonian biodiversity.

After lunch, the M / V Manatee continues its navigation to address one of the most pristine systems sewage and little explored in the Amazon basin, home of the legendary pink river dolphin, black caiman and anaconda enigmatic; we also see river turtles and several species of monkeys, as well as the primitive Hoatzin, a strange bird known locally as "Pava Hedionda". The canoeing reveal the lush beauty of this jungle world and is also the only way to visit the flooded ecosystem.

DAY 3 - WEDNESDAY: INTERACTION WITH THE COMMUNITY - Onboard Activities - SCAN ISLANDS

Breakfast on board. Visit to a local school located on the banks of the Napo River, where we will have the opportunity to interact with children in the area and learn a little further the education system in this remote area of the Ecuadorian territory.

Lunch and time to relax aboard the M / V Manatee as we sail upriver. ; have onboard activities such as lectures, presentation of documentaries, and if time permits, making crafts. In the afternoon we will have the opportunity to explore one of the largest islands with sand banks which exist in the Napo River, where we can learn about these ecosystems and biodiversity own examples of the river and its islands.

DAY 4 THURSDAY: Observation tower - BIOLOGICAL RESERVE limoncocha

Breakfast on board, then visit the observation tower of 37m (100 feet), built next to a giant kapok tree. From the top of the tower you have a different perspective of the forest, watching as do birds and monkeys, learning from the activity that occurs in the treetops and enjoying the greatness of our Amazonia.

During the afternoon we visited Limoncocha Biological Reserve, a nature reserve where there have been more than 478 species of birds and several species of monkeys. This activity will extend until the evening, when we have the chance to spot with the help of our flashlights, the famous black caiman. We returned to the M / V Manatee at night.

Day 5 - Friday: HOMECOMING

We leave in the morning and left the M / V Manatee canoe to move rapidly towards the Coca (2 hour trip); and take the flight to Quito.
